Diego R. del Pino is renowned as the founder of APS Security Systems and AVX, The Audio Video Experts. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Business in 1992, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey with APS Security Systems, evolving it from a family-owned burglar alarm company into one of Florida’s largest independent security systems integrators, specializing in Burglar, Fire, Video, and Access Control Systems.
In 2008, Diego expanded APS’s offerings by creating AVX, dedicated to delivering high-quality audio, video, and control-related products and services. Today, AVX is a prominent player in South Florida’s Integration Industry, serving residential and an expanding list of commercial and institutional clients.

Kenneth Finnegan has a diverse technology background, with a career spanning 30+ years. He has deep knowledge in the areas of networking/internet, eCommerce, technology architecture and operations, software development, and EV Charging and associated technologies.
Kenneth has worked across many industry sectors through the course of his career, including roles with DoD/NASA, Boeing, Home Depot, Whole Foods, 4ocean, and many others. He served as the CTO for the Hudson Yards development in NYC from 2016-2019, and is adept at the evaluation, deployment, and operation of advanced technologies in the commercial real estate arena. He is the founder of VelociWave LLC, specializing in Cellular/DAS, Managed Wifi, and EV Technologies.
Russ Mykytyn is an accomplished Business Development and Project Executive with over 40 years of experience in Technology, Design-Build of Mission Critical Data Centers, Cloud Compute sites, Automated Distribution Centers, Managed Wi-Fi and DAS Networks, Guest Experience Mobile Apps, Integrated AV and Security Systems, and most recently Intelligent Buildings, EV Charging Systems, Industrial IoT and Cybersecurity Platform & Point Solutions.
Russ is an effective C-Suite professional delivering projects ranging from $1m to over $30m. Experienced in diverse markets and industries, ranging from industrial plants, pharmaceutical companies and automated distribution centers to convenience store, mixed-use and multi-family developments, Russ brings his expertise to companies in need of seasoned technology leadership with a unique skill set that translates client technical requirements from deployable solutions to long term trusted advisor relationships. As a part of the Tech-GC team, Russ brings the Technology “T” ingredient to the MEP design process.
Scott B. Evans is the Founder and Managing Member of TechTech Group which invests and advises early-stage innovative founders in Real Estate Property Technology and MicroServices. He previously served as Chief Digital Officer of Hudson Yards and Related Companies where he led the successful development and implementation of the Digital Technology and Responsive City strategy for Hudson Yards. Additionally, he drove the digital transformation of Related Companies $60B AUM portfolio and co-led the Related PropTech Investment Team which evaluated over 300 companies to align and structure over 50 pilots and 15+ strategic investments.
Most recently, Cris acted a Senior Director of Smart Building Technology for Greystar, leading the development of a strategic initiative to utilize smart building technology to improve tenant satisfaction, streamline operations, and drive ancillary revenue to properties. Cris and her team consulted with clients and internal stakeholders to apply technologies that enhanced building operations and improved NOI.
Throughout her career Cris has sat at the intersection of emerging technologies and their applications to commercial and multifamily real estate. She is often sought after as a speaker for her ability to provide technologists insights to the real estate community.
Cris previously was Global Technology Solutions Director with CBRE. There, Cris initially focused on in-building cellular solutions, building a program to provide connectivity solutions to properties across the US, improving occupancy and tenant satisfaction. Subsequently, she helped found a building technology consultancy practice with the firm, working with asset managers to develop technology strategies for both commercial and multi-family properties nationwide. These technology solutions enabled owners to identify new rent rolls, enabled cost savings, and drove revenue to properties, significantly impacting NOI.
Cris has a PhD in Anthropology from NYU where she participated in archaeological digs in Turkey, Syria, France, and the United States. She was awarded several grants to complete her dissertation research, most notably a Fulbright Fellowship that allowed her to spend a year in Turkey.
Thomas Ireland is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CyberIntel Solutions. He has a long track record of almost 10 years in sales leadership/operations, private wealth management, and global digital advertising. Thomas has held pivotal roles at both private and publicly traded software companies across the United States.
His trailblazing work ethic allowed him to create enterprise-wide standardized sales procedures at different stage startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises.
