Scott V. Evans, Founder and Principal of TechGC, leads a company dedicated to exceeding standard building technology implementation. 

TechGC’s core philosophy integrates building technology purposefully, ensuring seamless components for a user-friendly client experience. With over two decades of experience in IT/Networking and A/V, Scott excels in designing complex systems for Residential and high-rise condos. 

Under Scott’s leadership, TechGC continues to reshape the industry, setting new standards with precision, innovation, and dedication. 

He consistently guides skilled teams, setting high standards for accuracy and excellence. 

TechGC’s vision extends beyond technology, focusing on integrated solutions for enhanced performance and satisfaction.

Edward Fields

SME: Construction and Maintenance Consultant

With an unconventional background, I offer valuable expertise to the Contracting, Property Management, and Development Industry. My career spans diverse roles, making me a versatile professional adept at bridging the gap between Owners, Property Managers, and Contractors.

In my career, I’ve overseen projects in various sectors, from high-rises and stadiums to educational institutions, retail spaces, and medical facilities. My experience also extends to cost and schedule analysis, benefiting large General Contracting firms by evaluating project profitability and efficiency and preparing for potential litigation.

My diverse background equips me with unique skills, flexibility, and industry insight. I’m dedicated to fostering collaboration and achieving excellence in Contracting, Property Management, and Development, leaving a lasting impact.

Diego R del Pino

SME: AV Security\Access

Diego R. del Pino is renowned as the founder of APS Security Systems and AVX, The Audio Video Experts. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Business in 1992, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey with APS Security Systems, evolving it from a family-owned burglar alarm company into one of Florida’s largest independent security systems integrators, specializing in Burglar, Fire, Video, and Access Control Systems.

In 2008, Diego expanded APS’s offerings by creating AVX, dedicated to delivering high-quality audio, video, and control-related products and services. Today, AVX is a prominent player in South Florida’s Integration Industry, serving residential and an expanding list of commercial and institutional clients.

Diego R. del Pino resides in Coral Gables, FL, with his wife, Virginia, and their children, Paloma and Diego. His journey exemplifies family tradition, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to excellence in security and audio-video integration.

Reginald Andre

SME: Network/Cybersecurity

Reginald “Andre” Andre leads ARK Solvers, an innovative cybersecurity and IT firm specializing in condominiums and multi-family housing communities. With 19+ years of experience, Andre holds AS Degrees in Business Administration and Network Service Technology from Broward College. 

He’s a 40 under 40 awardee and has steered ARK Solvers to three consecutive years as South Florida’s fastest-growing IT company for these niche markets. 

Beyond his career, Andre’s community commitment is evident through his roles on the Broward College Foundation Board and as co-founder of The Mavuno Project, dedicated to combating human trafficking. He resides in Miami Gardens with his wife and two children.

Andrew Mossburg

SME: Crestron and Systems Design/Programing

Andrew Mossburg is a distinguished expert in Crestron and Systems Design/Programming. With a career spanning back to 1978, he boasts a rich background in various technology domains, including IT, Avionics, Security, Medical Device Manufacturing, Rocket Engine Design, and Residential and Marine Automation.

Andrew’s commitment to knowledge and service extends to his roles on the boards of the Institute of Maya Studies and Fisher Island Day School. Currently, he lends his expertise to the Crestron Advisory Board, where he contributes to shaping the industry’s future. As a Diamond-certified Crestron Services Provider since 2001, he’s been a driving force in the automation field, with a dedication to education, regularly teaching automation technology and GUI design at Crestron events. His innovative spirit is evident through his multiple patents. Additionally, Andrew is a Florida Certified Master Naturalist, showcasing his passion for environmental stewardship.

Adam Jenkins

SME: Digital Signage/Media

An award-winning executive who enjoys pioneering experiences that are on the cusp of technology and creativity, constantly pushing and exploring the boundaries of new technologies to enrich the human experience.

Starting his career in film in New Zealand, Adam has taken that story telling ability into the digital realm, and embraced technology and data as the new mediums. 

Adept at building permanent installations such the digital signage of Morgan Stanley HQ in Times Square, through to the semi-permanent, such as the Olympic village for the 36th America’s Cup; creating impact on public facing spaces through design, data and technology has been Adam’s mission for the last 10 years.

Kenneth Finnegan

SME: Smart Building Technologies

Kenneth Finnegan has a diverse technology background, with a career spanning 30+ years. He has deep knowledge in the areas of networking/internet, eCommerce, technology architecture and operations, software development, and EV Charging and associated technologies.

Kenneth has worked across many industry sectors through the course of his career, including roles with DoD/NASA, Boeing, Home Depot, Whole Foods, 4ocean, and many others. He served as the CTO for the Hudson Yards development in NYC from 2016-2019, and is adept at the evaluation, deployment, and operation of advanced technologies in the commercial real estate arena. He is the founder of VelociWave LLC, specializing in Cellular/DAS, Managed Wifi, and EV Technologies.

Russ Mykytyn

SME: EV Systems / Government Affairs

Russ Mykytyn is an  accomplished Business Development and Project Executive with over 40 years of experience in Technology, Design-Build of Mission Critical Data Centers, Cloud Compute sites, Automated Distribution Centers, Managed Wi-Fi and DAS Networks, Guest Experience Mobile Apps, Integrated AV and Security Systems, and most recently Intelligent Buildings, EV Charging Systems, Industrial IoT and Cybersecurity Platform & Point Solutions.

Russ is an effective C-Suite professional delivering projects ranging from $1m to over $30m. Experienced in diverse markets and industries, ranging from industrial plants, pharmaceutical companies and automated distribution centers to convenience store, mixed-use and multi-family developments, Russ brings his expertise to companies in need of seasoned technology leadership with a unique skill set that translates client technical requirements from deployable solutions to long term trusted advisor relationships. As a part of the Tech-GC team, Russ brings the Technology “T” ingredient to the MEP design process.

Scott B. Evans

Scott B. Evans is the Founder and Managing Member of TechTech Group which invests and advises early-stage innovative founders in Real Estate Property Technology and MicroServices. He previously served as Chief Digital Officer of Hudson Yards and Related Companies where he led the successful development and implementation of the Digital Technology and Responsive City strategy for Hudson Yards. Additionally, he drove the digital transformation of Related Companies $60B AUM portfolio and co-led the Related PropTech Investment Team which evaluated over 300 companies to align and structure over 50 pilots and 15+ strategic investments.

Scott has over 25 years of experience building and leading global digital businesses, leveraging technology to evolve and accelerate growth. His expertise is in Disruptive Digital Technology which is leveraged by Users and Customers to enhance their Experience in the Built World including but not limited to Digital and Technology Products, Digital Signage, Tenant Experience Applications, Access Control and Tokenization, Data Aggregation and Monetization.


Cris Kimbrough, PhD, PMP

SME: Multifamiliy

Most recently, Cris acted a Senior Director of Smart Building Technology for Greystar, leading the development of a strategic initiative to utilize smart building technology to improve tenant satisfaction, streamline operations, and drive ancillary revenue to properties.  Cris and her team consulted with clients and internal stakeholders to apply technologies that enhanced building operations and improved NOI.

Throughout her career Cris has sat at the intersection of emerging technologies and their applications to commercial and multifamily real estate.  She is often sought after as a speaker for her ability to provide technologists insights to the real estate community.

Cris previously was Global Technology Solutions Director with CBRE. There, Cris initially focused on in-building cellular solutions, building a program to provide connectivity solutions to properties across the US, improving occupancy and tenant satisfaction.  Subsequently, she helped found a building technology consultancy practice with the firm, working with asset managers to develop technology strategies for both commercial and multi-family properties nationwide.  These technology solutions enabled owners to identify new rent rolls, enabled cost savings, and drove revenue to properties, significantly impacting NOI.

Cris has a PhD in Anthropology from NYU where she participated in archaeological digs in Turkey, Syria, France, and the United States.   She was awarded several grants to complete her dissertation research, most notably a Fulbright Fellowship that allowed her to spend a year in Turkey.

Thomas Ireland

SME: Cybersecurity Expert

Thomas Ireland is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CyberIntel Solutions. He has a long track record of almost 10 years in sales leadership/operations, private wealth management, and global digital advertising. Thomas has held pivotal roles at both private and publicly traded software companies across the United States.

His trailblazing work ethic allowed him to create enterprise-wide standardized sales procedures at different stage startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises. He Graduated from the Sellinger School of Business and Management from Loyola University Maryland in 2016. He currently resides in the sunny town of Mount Pleasant in Charleston, South Carolina.
